Implementation is the exciting part.  It's the part where all the planning comes to a head.  At Fulcrum Systems, we approach implementations cautiously because we realize what is at stake.  It's your business.  It's our reputation.  It's for this reason we work hard to ensure our implementation plan is well thought out.  Sometimes it's a matter of breaking a plan down into smaller bits. Sometimes its looking for better timing.  In all cases, it's a matter of being available for when challenges occur and having the skills to address those challenges.
